In the empirically driven world of research, there are randomized control trials (RCTs) which are the golden standard. Above RCTs, are meta-analyses and systematic reviews which constitute “the research of the research”.

Although the hierarchy of science is important, we also value the “non-scientific” evidence that we have encountered along our journey. ?The personal anecdotes, testimonials, articles, and blogs that cite the positive impact of CBD Hemp oil. ? Three individuals in our personal circle of note (one child, one adolescent, and one adult) have had a notable positive shift in their conditions after 60 days of CBD oil use. ?The first being a reduction in seizures due to a neurological disorder, the second a tremendous decrease in anxiety symptoms that were a byproduct of a long standing Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and the third a decrease in chronic back pain precipitated by an automobile accident.
With any substance or supplement we ingest, we first take the important step of doing our own research to determine if this is a valid addition into our own healthcare regimen. ?We would not expect our clients do any different and highly encourage ((( YOUR ))) own literature review of scholarly publications. ?PubMed, which is part of the National Institute of Health’s US National Library of Medicine is a great place to begin!
