My philosophy as a teacher, healer, and therapeutic professional is to assist others in tapping into their own innate wisdom and healing potential to reside in a sustainable place of harmony, peace and well being.
Jessica is a wellness innovator and natural born healer. In addition to serving as the founding director of Prima Wellness, Jessica holds clinical faculty position within Yale University’s School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry with in depth experience and statewide leadership in the mental health arena that has been evolving and flourishing since 2001.
The initial catalyst for Jessica dialing into her innate spiritual wisdom was inspired through travels to Asia, Australia, and Central America. These pathways of learning and cultural immersion served to deepen her connection to holistic wellness and the sacred sciences of both humanity and the earth. She approaches her clients from a heart centered philosophy of non-judgement and is passionate about supporting what she entitles “whole-self health.”
Jessica is an advocate for supporting holistic treatment modalities in developing increased visibility as evidence based practices in the realms of psychiatry, health, and human services. She continues to witness the profound impact these modalities have had with alleviating symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction when combined with traditional “talk therapy.” Bridging western psychology with eastern practices is a beautiful duality to be embraced in clinical practice.
